Young dancers are gently introduced to the structure of dance class, exploring classical positions, exciting rhythms, and imaginative movement sequences.

Preschool Dance incorporates ballet, creative movement and elements of other styles into one class, for a well-rounded introduction to dance.ch your child grow and thrive through the power of dance!

Preschool Dance is designed for young children who want to learn dance and dance class fundamentals in a fun and supportive environment. If your child is between 3 and 4 years old and can participate without a guardian, then our Preschool program is perfect for them. Dancers will learn essential skills such as body control, spatial awareness, independence, and how to be a great classmate.

Primary Dance

for dancers aged 5 - 7

Step Out!

If you have a child aged between 5 and 7 who loves to dance, our Primary classes are the perfect opportunity for them to improve their dance technique across multiple genres.

In these classes, young dancers will start building on the basics of a structured dance class while exploring their creativity and unique movement style. Our goal is to assist students in developing control of their bodies, spatial awareness and the skills required to build strength, flexibility and stamina in all dance genres.

Jazz class is perfect for dancers who want to build their skills, get energized and have fun! With upbeat music, dancers learn classic jazz terms and movement ideas to develop a strong foundation with flair.

 

Ballet is a classical art form that can improve body control, spatial awareness, and physical abilities such as strength, flexibility, and stamina. This technique emphasizes the importance of poise and alignment, control and expression. For children, taking ballet classes can boost their self-confidence and help them become more aware of their body movements.

For the 2025/2026 Season, Contemporary and Tap are offered as a combo class for the Primary dance level. This works well because it allows young dancers to explore two dynamic styles in a single class — helping them build rhythm, musicality, and expressive movement all at once. It also keeps things fresh and fun, while supporting their overall coordination and confidence as they grow.

Tap Sound Expression

Students are introduced to the foundational elements of tap dance. The main focus is on learning and developing basic tap rhythms and mastering the fundamental techniques to execute them properly. Classes provide a supportive and engaging learning environment where students can develop their skills and gain rhythm and confidence.

Students enter the world of modern dance through foundational vocabulary and theory, with an introduction to improvisation. Dancers focus on weighted movement, floor work, musicality and rhythm.

Junior Dance

for dancers aged 8 - 10

Level Up!

If you have a child aged between 8 and 10 who is passionate about dancing, then our Junior dance classes are a great way for them to enhance their dance skills in various genres.

Our programs are tailored to assist students in improving their fundamental skills and gradually developing their abilities and self-confidence to perform more complex sequences, which include choreography.

This class is designed for dancers to learn and develop the classic aspects of jazz dance, including body isolations, quick footwork, and bold shapes. The focus is on dynamic movements, flexibility, and body control while performing choreographed routines.

Ballet develops body control, posture, and alignment while building strength, flexibility, and endurance. Students progress through levels, gaining the confidence and skills to perform more complex choreography.

Students learn foundational techniques of classical modern dance, which support their growth in contemporary styles. Through improvisation, they explore creativity, build confidence, and develop their own artistic voice.

Tap Sound Expression

These classes aim to improve students’ ability to differentiate between sounds, develop neat rhythms, and learn increasingly complex combinations. Students will develop a solid foundation in tap dance to perform a range of routines with confidence and skill.

Youth

for dancers aged 11 - 18

If you're aged 11 - 18 and love to dance, our Youth classes are a perfect fit for you! We provide a safe and encouraging space for you to express your creativity and improve your skills.

No matter your level of experience, our classes are designed to help you refine your movements and appreciate dance as something you can enjoy for life.

Jazz dance is a fun and engaging way to improve physical fitness, coordination, and rhythm while encouraging self-expression and creativity. It also offers a positive outlet for stress and anxiety and provides opportunities to make new friends who share the same passion for dance.

These classes focus on developing a deep and meaningful connection with the discipline of ballet to improve technique while encouraging freedom of expression. Pre-Pointe and Pointe instruction is available.

This class helps contemporary dancers improve their mastery of movement, incorporate their knowledge into unique choreography, explore compelling storylines, and add depth and meaning to their performances.

Tap Sound Expression

Building on foundational steps, students explore more complex rhythms, footwork, and combinations, continuing to grow their musicality, coordination, and confidence through fun, rhythm-based movement.

Adult Dance

for dancers aged 19 and older

Being an adult does not mean the joys of studying and performing dance have to stop. If you are 19 or older, come dance with us! No experience is necessary; beginners are welcome!

Adult dancers work at their own level in a room filled with inspiration, determination and celebration. Discovering or re-discovering dance as an adult is a powerful experience!

As an adult dancer, you get to enjoy an atmosphere that is both dynamic and challenging. You will be surrounded by a supportive, fun-loving community encouraging you to push your limits while developing your strength and fluidity. Whether you are a seasoned dancer or just starting, the classes are designed to cater to all levels and abilities, making it an inclusive and welcoming environment. You'll have the opportunity to learn new techniques, perfect your moves, and express yourself creatively, all while getting a great workout. So, if you're looking for a fun and engaging way to stay active, improve your flexibility and coordination, and connect with like-minded individuals, adult dance classes could be just what you need!
