Please enter through the front entrance of the school. After dancer check-in, students will be taken to the audience or backstage to get ready for their time on stage.
Dress Rehearsal Schedule
Each class is scheduled for a specific time on stage. Dancers are welcome to arrive early and stay later if they wish, but they must be ready for their call time.

Recital Day - Saturday, June 6
All dancers arrive at 1:00 pm
Doors for the public open at 1:30 pm
Show begins at 2:00 pm
After the show, please wait for your dancer either in the audience or in the upper lobby. Please do not go backstage to find your dancer. This can make dancer check-out difficult and inaccurate.
Backstage & Supervision
To support a smooth and safe experience for all dancers, backstage access is limited to staff and confirmed volunteers only.
We understand this can feel a little nerve-racking, especially for newer dancers, but it is part of the performance experience. Dancers are supported by a caring and experienced team throughout the event.
Please do not go backstage unless assigned to do so.

Costumes can be handed in at the theatre after the show, or during the week of July 6 - 10 at the Hants Border Hall. All costumes not returned by June 11 will be considered purchased and you will be invoiced accordingly.
